The bag material is very durable. It does not wear out easily!
The impact bag is one of those training aids that every golfer should have, yet not many golfers do because it may be considered "boring".
But as a competitive golfer myself, I can tell you with certainty that this product delivers on the effectiveness scale. I've used impact bags my entire competitive golf career for a few primary reasons:
- Practicing impact positions is impossible during the full swing. This is the only true effective way to practice impact.
- The bag can be used anywhere and is a great indoor, winter time training tool
The most basic usage of this aid is simulating impact:
I recommend placing the bag against a wall or other immovable object so that it doesn't move each time you hit it.
Spend 5-10 minutes daily practicing the P6 -> P7 positions of the golf swing.
